In the past 24 hours, I have completely lost all confidence in Dr. Phil.
First, there was the two-hour interview with Donald Trump. I did not watch it, but published reports afterwards characterized it as "fawning," and said Dr. Phil acquiesced to Trump's normal mis-statements of fact.
Then came this, in the form of an ad on FaceBook:
